Saint Angela of Foligno, who was a wife and mother, was in the pursuit of wealth and social position when she recognized her emptiness. Her emptiness and desire for fulfillment lead her to confession where her confessor told her to dedicate her life to works of charity and prayer. When all of her kids and husband died she joined a secular Franciscan order and served the poor. She wrote Book of Visions and Instructions.

Saint Angela of Foligno in your diffuser:

4 drops of Humility

1 drop of Peppermint

Humility when we realize we want to give up our selfishness and focus our lives on God and others.
