Saint Bernadette Soubirous was born in the year 1844 in the town of Lourdes. Her family was very poor and they lived in a dilapidated building in the basement.
Bernadette's health was always very poor.
At 14 years old, before having even received her first Communion, the Virgin Mary began appearing to her. Mary would appear to 18 times in all, and would instruct her to build a chapel at the place of the visions and a spring would well up in the place were Mary instructed her to dig.
Lourdes would go on to become the most popular Marian shrine in the world, a place where healing and miracles were reported.
Bernadette would enter the Sisters of Notre Dam of Nevers and eventually sucomb to her chronic health problems, dying at the age of 35.
Saint Bernadette roller
10 drop Helichrysum and 5 drops lemon in a 10ml roller. Fill the rest with carrier oil.
Helichrysum is a really healing oil just like Lordes. Roll this on and envision yourself praying Saint Bernadette and Our Lady.
